Yes halfway through. This prevents soggy spots and promotes even browning.

7) Can I stack food?

Single layer is best unless using racks.

Safety, Cleaning & Maintenance

11) Is air frying healthier?

It uses far less oil than deep frying, cutting calories while keeping the crunch.

12) How do I clean the air fryer?

Unplug and cool first. Wash basket/tray with warm soapy water, and wipe the heating area with a damp cloth.

13) Why does my air fryer smoke?
