  • 6 organic rice cakes gluten-free certified
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips at least 70% cocoa
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional for extra sweetness
  • sea salt optional, for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on each rice cake.
  • Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer on each rice cake.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the top if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Use parchment paper between layers when storing to avoid sticking. Customize with different nut butters like almond or sunflower seed butter.
