Instructions
Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Pat dry thoroughly.
Toss the wedges in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon over cooked wedges, then return to the air fryer for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
You can customize the toppings with sour cream, jalapeños, or even buffalo chicken for a fun twist!
