Instructions
Slice pickles lengthwise and scoop out the centers to make little 'boats.'
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Fill each pickle half with the cheese mixture. Let it slightly overflow.
Press the stuffed side into panko breadcrumbs to coat well. Spray with olive oil.
Place stuffed pickles breadcrumb-side-up in the air fryer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes until golden.
Let cool for 1–2 minutes. Serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
Pat pickles dry before stuffing for a crispier result. Substitute jalapeños with red pepper flakes or omit entirely. For a low-carb version, try crushed pork rinds instead of panko.
