Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • sea salt optional, for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized dough balls and slightly flatten.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place dough balls on parchment paper inside the basket, spaced apart.
  • Air fry for 5-6 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the basket, and check cookies starting at 5 minutes. For thicker cookies, chill dough before baking. Customize with different chocolate chips or a sprinkle of sea salt!
