refrigerated biscuit dough

shredded mozzarella cheese

pepperoni
chopped if preferred

pizza sauce
plus more for dipping

Italian seasoning

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for about 3 minutes.
Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to about ¼-inch thick.
Spoon a teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center, add cheese and pepperoni.
Fold and pinch the edges closed like a pouch—seal tightly!
Brush with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning (plus garlic powder and Parmesan if using).
Air fry for 7–9 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
Let cool slightly and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Don't overfill to avoid leaks. Use low-moisture mozzarella for the best cheesy pull. Leftovers reheat at 300°F for 3–4 minutes.
