Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Rolling Pin
  • Pastry Brush

Ingredients

Pizza Bombs

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni chopped if preferred
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • grated Parmesan optional topping
  • garlic powder optional topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for about 3 minutes.
  • Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to about ¼-inch thick.
  • Spoon a teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center, add cheese and pepperoni.
  • Fold and pinch the edges closed like a pouch—seal tightly!
  • Brush with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning (plus garlic powder and Parmesan if using).
  • Air fry for 7–9 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  • Let cool slightly and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don't overfill to avoid leaks. Use low-moisture mozzarella for the best cheesy pull. Leftovers reheat at 300°F for 3–4 minutes.
