Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Pound them to an even thickness if needed.
In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then press into the Parmesan mixture until well coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Serve immediately.
Notes
For the best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
