Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowls

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese-stuffed ravioli fresh or refrigerated, not frozen
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for a kick
  • olive oil spray for spraying both sides
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (if required by your model).
  • Set up your dredging station: whisk eggs in one bowl; in another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Dip each ravioli in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are well coated for maximum crispiness.
  • Lightly spray both sides of each coated ravioli with olive oil spray.
  • Place ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Try using spinach-stuffed or meat-filled ravioli for a twist. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket and reheat leftovers for 2–3 minutes for best results.
