1tspgarlic powder
0.5tspcrushed red pepper flakesoptional, for a kick
olive oil sprayfor spraying both sides
marinara saucefor dipping
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (if required by your model).
Set up your dredging station: whisk eggs in one bowl; in another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Dip each ravioli in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are well coated for maximum crispiness.
Lightly spray both sides of each coated ravioli with olive oil spray.
Place ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Try using spinach-stuffed or meat-filled ravioli for a twist. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket and reheat leftovers for 2–3 minutes for best results.
