Husk and clean the corn. Pat dry with a towel to promote caramelization.
Rub each cob with softened butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place corn in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove and serve warm. Add more butter if desired.
Notes
Cut cobs in half if needed to fit your air fryer. Sprinkle with smoked paprika or lime for extra flavor. Keep warm in a low oven if cooking in batches.
