almond flour
or breadcrumbs for non-keto

smoked paprika

olive oil spray
for a crispy finish
Instructions
Rinse and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry.
In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another, mix almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each floret into the egg, then coat it in the flour mixture. Shake off excess.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange florets in a single layer. Spray with olive oil.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Notes
For extra crunch, spray the cauliflower with oil halfway through cooking.
