Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • optional add-ins chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas in a bowl. Stir in sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Grease a 6-inch cake pan. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes. Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool slightly before removing from the pan. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Swap white flour for whole wheat flour or use maple syrup instead of sugar for a healthier version. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate chips for extra flavor!
