peeled and boiled

shredded cheddar cheese

beaten

breadcrumbs

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the shredded cheese.
Form potato mixture into balls, roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Arrange bombs in the air fryer basket without touching. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush bombs immediately after cooking.
Notes
For the crispiest results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Adjust seasoning as needed.
