Ingredients
  

  • 3 large russet potatoes peeled and boiled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray for air fryer

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the shredded cheese.
  • Form potato mixture into balls, roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange bombs in the air fryer basket without touching. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush bombs immediately after cooking.

Notes

For the crispiest results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Adjust seasoning as needed.
