Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby carrots or regular carrots cut into similar-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey for a honey glaze
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • chili flakes optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • Prep the carrots: If using baby carrots, they’re ready. If using regular carrots, peel and slice.
  • In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Arrange carrots in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Serve immediately. Optionally drizzle more honey.

Notes

For sweeter carrots, add more honey or try a dash of cinnamon.
